How a Jiasong Paper Tube Production Line Works

1. Auto Parallel Paper Tube Making
The parallel paper tube making machine winds multiple layers of kraft paper, liner paper, or specialty paper onto a rotating mandrel. Layers are bonded with adhesive (PVA white glue, hot melt, or specialty adhesives) to form the tube body. Our machine handles 4mm to 1,000mm inner diameter with up to 45 layers, achieving production speeds up to 2,500 m/hour.

2. Inline Drying
After winding, paper tubes pass through a multi-zone hot-air drying section. Drying temperature and dwell time are precisely controlled by PLC to ensure tubes are warp-free and dimensionally stable for downstream cutting.

3. Inline Cutting
The integrated cutting system slices the continuous tube into specified lengths as it is wound. Cutting force is servo-controlled for clean, smooth edges with no fraying. Length is adjustable from 2mm to 500mm with high repeatability.

4. Automatic Stacking & Packaging
Cut tubes are automatically counted, stacked, and packaged for shipment. Optional features include automatic strapping, labeling, and palletizing for end-of-line automation.
